No. We calculate shipping at Loadout based on strict weight and distance. We do not inflate our product MSRP just to pretend shipping is free. You pay exactly what the carrier charges to move heavy glass from Spokane to your doorstep.

All Sales Final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for scent preference. If you aren't sure if you'll like a scent, start with The Heavy Hitter (4oz) before committing to The Statement Piece (15oz).

If the carrier wrecked the shipment, we will fix it. Send a photo of the damage (include the packaging) to our support email immediately. We will issue a replacement manifest and get a fresh unit out to you.
